Bread, slowly.

Sourdough Lovers began in a small home kitchen at Chatoyer Gardens in Ratho Mill, Saint Vincent. What started as a single jar of bubbling starter became a weekly ritual — flour, water, salt, time, and a lot of love.

We believe bread should nourish, not just fill. That's why every loaf is naturally leavened over long ferments — making the grains easier to digest, gentler on blood sugar, and richer in flavor than anything you'll find on a supermarket shelf.
From classic plain and seeded loaves to our nutrient-dense pumpernickel and the much-loved decadent chocolate pumpernickel, every bake is a small celebration of slow food on our island.
