A small home bakery in Ratho Mill.
Sourdough Lovers is a one-kitchen, two-bake-days-a-week labour of love. We bake what we'd want to eat — bread that's nourishing, honest, and made with time.

Our story, briefly
It started with a single jar of bubbling starter on a kitchen counter at Chatoyer Gardens. Friends asked for loaves, then friends of friends — and a weekly bake ritual was born. Today we bake fresh every Tuesday (pumpernickel) and Friday (plain & seeded) and deliver across Saint Vincent.

Stone-milled flour, filtered water, sea salt, and our wild starter — that's it.
Slow fermentation
Up to 36 hours of natural rise for flavour, digestibility, and a beautiful crumb.

Small batches from our kitchen at Chatoyer Gardens — never mass produced.
