Terms of Service

1. Orders

All orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance of the relevant bake day (Tuesday for pumpernickel, Friday for plain and seeded). Orders are confirmed once we reply by WhatsApp, phone or email.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD) unless stated. We accept cash on delivery and, where enabled, card payment through Stripe. Card transactions are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Saint Vincent. Delivery windows are agreed individually. If you are not available to receive your order, please arrange a safe drop-off point in advance — we cannot be responsible for orders left unattended on your instruction.

4. Allergens

Our bread is baked in a home kitchen that handles wheat, rye, seeds (sesame, sunflower, poppy, flax) and may come into contact with nuts, dairy and egg. Please tell us about any allergies before ordering.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Because each loaf is made to order, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the bake day. After that, the order has been baked specifically for you and is not refundable. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

6. Use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it. All content, photos and recipes are the property of Sourdough Lovers and may not be reproduced without permission.
